BenQ introduced two new models to its line of Joybee digital audio players, including the world’s smallest and lightest MP3 player. The two new Joybee models come with a stylish, new look and diminutive, colorful casing for the style-savvy consumer. The Joybee digital audio players are available through BenQ’s distribution channels, major e-tailer websites and at BenQShopper.com.
The Joybee 102 and 180 digital audio players feature MP3 and USB flash drive functionality. The Joybee 102 is a pure MP3 player that supports Window, Mac and Linux operating systems, with capacities ranging from 128MB to 256MB. The Joybee 180 is a multi-function MP3 player, FM transmitter and FM radio, and comes with storage capacities from 128MB to 256MB. Both Joybees include QMusic, BenQ’s proprietary software that allows the conversion of music between MP3 and audio CD formats for optimal music and listening experiences.

The Joybee 102 digital audio player is a diminutive MP3 player that is the size of a silver dollar coin and weighs only 0.5 ounces, making it the world’s smallest and lightest MP3 player. The Joybee 102 comes in three colors, including green, blue and orange, and includes stereo earphones and a neck strap. Its rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery has a lifetime of up to eight hours. The Joybee 102 comes in 128MB and 256MB options and supports Windows 98 SE/2000/ME/XP, Mac OS 9.0 and higher, as well as Linux 2.4.0 and higher.
This palm-sized portable digital audio player is a compact device (2.3″ x 2.2″ x 0.9″) that comes with two interchangeable patterned cover choices. The multi-function Joybee 180 includes a walkie-talkie feature and an FM transmitter to share music through an FM stereo signal. It has a built-in FM radio and FM recorder, digital voice recorder, as well as an LCD display and digital rights management software. The Joybee 180 supports MP3 and WMA audio formats. It has a lithium-ion battery for convenient recharging after close to 15 hours of battery life.
