iRiver today announced the H300 series portable photo and music player to the Japanese market. The H300 will be available in a 20GB H320 and 40GB H340 versions with USB 2.0 connectivity. This device seperates itself from many other mass storage devices on the market, iRiver added USB On-The-Go, or USB OTG. This allows USB 2.0 peripherals to connect directly to the H300 device and download any files or images to it, this elimates any special adapter cards and it will not display RAW type files.

Both products will be introduced to Asia. The H320 will retail for about $425 USD, and the H340 for $550 USD however no date is set for a North American release.
