The Greek tech website TechLife has a very good comparison of 16 camera phones with sample photos.

From the list of phones, only the Nokia 3200, Nokia 6600, Sony Ericsson T610 are available in the USA, the rest are for Europe. Of course some phones have tri-band capabilities and would work in North America if properly unlocked.

The Sharp GX20, SAGEM MyV-65 and SAGEM MyX-6 captured at 640×480, the SAGEM MyV-65 most likely had the most accurate colour representation.
