Motorola HS810 Bluetooth Headset Unveiled

Libertyville, IL — Motorola, Inc. announced its third generation Bluetooth Wireless headset – the Motorola HS810, a compact and stylish headset that allows users to connect wirelessly to Bluetooth enabled devices within a 10-meter range. Delivering invisible and reliable connectivity, the new ergonomic headset weighs less than one ounce (20 grams) and offers a sleek style with a unique boom microphone, as well as high quality sound.

“The introduction of the Motorola Bluetooth Wireless Headset HS810 demonstrates our commitment to bringing seamless and intuitive Bluetooth connectivity to market, “said Bruce Hawver, vice president and general manager of companion products for Motorola’s Personal Communications Sector. “Designed to be compact in size, yet rich in technology, the Motorola Bluetooth Wireless Headset HS810 enhances Motorola’s portfolio of affordable Bluetooth accessories and devices, allowing Bluetooth wireless technology to be embraced by more tech-savvy mobile consumers.”

The new headset features a blue pulsing light to illustrate when users are on a call and to help limit interruptions. To suit the preference of all users, the headset can be worn over either ear, while the volume control button remains easy to locate and adjust in either position. The headset’s improved battery life allows for a talk time of up to five hours and standby time of up to 100 hours. Additionally, charging is simple, as this tiny powerhouse uses the same travel and car chargers as most compatible Motorola phones.

The latest Motorola Bluetooth headset incorporates unique noise-reducing and maximum-security technologies, allowing users to engage in conversations at the touch of a button – without the worry of interference. And, for the Bluetooth enthusiast, the Motorola Bluetooth Wireless Headset HS810 stores device pairing information and wirelessly interacts with up to eight different Bluetooth 1.1 compliant devices, including handsets, PDA’s and computers.

The complete package includes the Motorola Bluetooth Wireless Headset HS810, charger, lanyard and a carry case in select regions. The suggested retail price is $119.99 and the headset is available at www.motorola.com/shop/HS810.
