Maxell’s new DP-101B is a Bluetooth “digital pen,” availability has been announced. The company intends to deliver to OEMs at the begining of this month. The pen has a digital sensor that can track the movement over tiny dots printed on the digital paper and beam what you wrote directly to your PC via bluetooth in real time.

Apparently, the digital pen is designed for use in the administrative, financial business and medical sectors. We are sure, it will prove absolutely invaluable for any standard mathematical type geek.

The DP-101B is compatible with USB 2.0 and the polymer lithium ion battery allows two hours of continuous use with 10 hours standby time.
